We don't insult our customers by offering gimmicks, starting with a high price just to tumble down to what is hoped to be the real price. Much of our business is to trade and for a long time, we have priced our window shutters (as with our other products and services) at a price whereby it is marked up to sell on to you, the retail customer. Our sales advice is honest & helpful, with the focus on helping you make the correct choice, both in aesthetic & technical terms.

Design Consultation

Our Designers do not earn sales commission unlike all of the major players in this marketplace, which means that their advice is genuine, in your best interests, not their own. This reflects in our pricing policy, which is basically to sell our blinds at a reasonable price for the job resulting in true value for money. We simply do not believe in exerting sales pressure to win an order; we do believe in offering well informed & genuine advice, which when combined with an excellent quality RANGE of products, will lead to our fair share of business.

The Survey

Possibly the most important aspect of the whole process is the detailed site survey. Our surveys are the most detailed & comprehensive in the business, with all aspects communicated with you, the customer. This ensures a professional & beautiful installation that will afford you years of relaxation, enjoyment & protection. A deposit is usually taken at this stage so that we can start work on your made to measure sunblinds.

The Installation

Our fitters are fully trained to respect your home & contents, with the emphasis on carrying out a clean & careful installation. It is advisable that any cherished or breakable items are removed from the conservatory, to allow easy access to all corners for fitting the blinds. Pride, care & attention to detail are vital ingredients of a stunning installation along with an unhurried approach. We advise you in advance how long we believe the job will take, but we would prefer to take our time & do the best job possible, rather than rush off quickly to the next job.

Completion

We want acquiring your blinds to be as easy & hassle free as possible & this includes payment. Should you prefer to pay by card, then most Credit or Debit cards are acceptable.
